What is a Doula?

A Birth Doula is an emotional, physical, spiritual, informational aide to birthing persons and their families. As a Birth Doula I am trained to provide individualized, one- on- one care to help facilitate a beautiful birth experience. You may not know how powerful and amazing you are but I do!  I am so excited to embark on this birth journey with you.
